Open Settings to the Dictionaries tab.

Add new definitions or import a dictonary for another language. Be more efficient with your time by focusing your energy on the words, phrases and definitions that are important to you.

Personal Definitions and Dictionaries

Add new definitions or usage notes. Be more efficient with your time by focusing your energy on the words, phrases and definitions that are important to you. Quickly share your custom translation dictionaries with other Written Chinese Reader Professional and Ultimate users.

• Enable/Disable: check or un-check dictionary to temporarily hide definitions
• Import: select files in CEDICT (.cdt, .txt, .u8) or ZDT (.zdt, .txt, .u8) formats
• Export: save selected dictionary in CEDICT (.cdt), DOC (.doc) and ZDT (.zdt) formats
• Delete: remove the selected dictionary from the list of available dictionaries
• Priority: select dictionary and click UP or DOWN to order the definitions

Premium Dictionaries

Download premium and other Chinese dictionaries for Ultimate Edition (included) and for Professional Edition (optional).

• Enable/Disable: check or un-check dictionary to temporarily hide definitions
• Install: download and double-click. See Guide to Dictionaries
• Delete: from Windows Control Panel, choose uninstall. See Guide to Dictionaries
• Priority: select dictionary and click UP or DOWN to order the definitions
